Setting Up an Alertpay business Account

Solution Getting an Alertpay business account allows you to access Alertpay's tools for businesses and allows you to "Name" your business so your business name shows as opposed to your actual name. For most panty sellers, this is a safer alternative to giving buyers your full name.

You don't need to have full legal business documents to get a business account. You can get a business account as a sole proprietor.

If you are the sole proprietor of your business, you can submit a tax/registration document, if applicable. If you do not have this document, regular verification procedures will suffice.

Follow these instructions to set your business account to “Sole Proprietor”:

1. Click on "Upload Documents".
2. Under "Required Documents", select "Proof of Ownership".
3. In step 2, select "Sole Proprietorship".
4. In step 3, uncheck "tax/registration document", and check "I do not have any tax/registration documents".
5. Click "Finish".
